NORTHCOAST is a unique, independent management services organization providing an integrated home care network for Ohio and portions of our contiguous states. We develop collaborative partnerships with payers and providers. We pledge loyalty, accountability, and commitment to our patients, providers, payers, physicians, and hospitals. We bring extensive expertise and years of experience in home health network development and management. And we are operationally independent, not provider owned or driven.
We are a network organization that
- Provides easy and centralized access to the continuum of home health services through its comprehensive services
- Manages and coordinates home health care products and services (home health, infusion therapy, hospice)
- Processes and electronically submits claims and/or encounter data.
- Performs continuous quality improvements activities
- Serves insurers, employers and physicians groups in capitation and fee for service models
- Offers patient choices via extensive network of providers
- Provides access / coverage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
